Responsibility
- Be a self starter, you will be working independently out of a virtual office with minimal management oversight
- Utilize your extensive cold prospecting ability to generate new leads via the phone, e-mail, web, direct mail and conferences
- Be able to convert company generated leads into active opportunities
- Excel at presenting service type presentations to “C” level executives
- Manage the sales cycle, be able to overcome client objections, progress opportunities towards closure
- Maintain accurate CRM updates, ensure sales management is aware of your current/future account activity
- Upsell existing clients new services, as they become available,
- Renew clients service contracts to ensure continued account revenues
Experience
- Extensive cold calling/prospecting skills
- Experienced closer (HUNTER)
- Experienced account manager (FARMER)
- Previous experience selling financial service, mortgage and securities products is very beneficial
- An existing rolodex of property management firm contacts and a successful track record selling to clients within the space will move you up to the front of the line!
Requirements
- This is a commission only, 1099 based position
- Sales executives will operate out of a previously furnished, home office environment
